Responsibilities

• Be the face of our shop – Greet customers with a smile and create an unforgettable experience.
• Become a coffee expert – Learn to craft the perfect lattes, cold brews, and signature PJ's drinks.
• Make recommendations like a pro – Help customers discover their new favorite drink or snack.
• Keep the energy up – Work with a fun, supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Barista experience is OK, but not required – you will be trained in the PJ's ways of serving the best cup of coffee in town.
• Flexible schedule (ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to communicate through different communication channels, including email, phone, project management software, and conference calls (if necessary).
• Able to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
