Pizza Maker/Shift Leader

About the role

We are seeking individuals who want to join our dynamic team. Our roles range from pizza makers to shift leads and eventually to owning your own store.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas to high standards
• Handle customer orders and deliveries
• Assist in managing the store’s operations
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer literacy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food service or similar industry preferred

Pay

• Part-time CSR/Pizza Makers: $10/Hour
• Full-time Pizza Makers: $13/Hour
• Shift Lead Level 1 in Training: $14/Hour
• Shift Lead Level 1 Certified for 6-8 weeks: $15/Hour + Bonus
• Shift Lead Level 1 Certified for 3 months: $16/Hour + Bonus
• Shift Lead Level 1 Certified for 1 year: $17/Hour + Bonus
• Shift Lead Level 2 Certified for 6-12 months: $18/Hour + Bonus
• GMs: $50,000/Year starting salary + Bonus

Schedule

• Full-time positions require 30+ hours per week
• Part-time Shift Leads earn $1/hour less than full-time positions
