Responsibilities

• Prepare Buddy’s award-winning dough to exact specifications, ensuring consistent quality that exceeds guest expectations.
• Provide co-workers with the materials needed to produce high-quality menu items quickly and efficiently.
• Follow Buddy’s preparation standards for ingredients that are essential to more than half of our menu.
• Maintain high energy to keep pace with the restaurant and team demands.
• Adhere to Buddy’s uniform policy and safety guidelines at all times.
• Use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to reach, lift, bend, and carry heavy objects (up to 40 pounds comfortably).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills; ability to read and follow food orders.
• Dependable team player with a record of consistent work attendance.
