320 Market Cafe is a family-owned and operated business in Delco with two retail and one production location. We recently added pizza to our operation and are now hiring a full-time pizza maker. Weekend and evening availability is required, with Sundays being mandatory.

• Shifts are generally from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

Pay and Benefits

Pay starts at $18-$22 per hour, plus pooled tips (generally $4-$6 per hour) after a 90-day probationary period. After the 90-day period, eligibility for insurance (health, dental, and vision) and 401(k) (with 4% matching) becomes available. Additionally, PTO is available after 6 months, and there's a 20% discount on purchases (excluding alcohol).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality execution of pizzas made to order.
• Prep, assemble, and cook all ingredients according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
• Maintain and portion all varieties of dough, including making and fermenting it in-house.
• Produce all sauces and core ingredients, such as roasted mushrooms, for in-house and takeout orders.
• Prepare core items like garlic knots, tomato pies, pretzels, and other dough-based items for a la carte sales.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards coworkers and customers.
• Communicate effectively with the production bakers and deli team, sharing space and responsibilities as needed.
• Handle guest interactions during pizza deliveries to tables, though this is primarily a back-of-the-house position.
