Pizza Maker
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Making pizzas to order
- Ensuring all ingredients are appropriately prepped, assembled, and cooked according to restaurant recipes and specifications
- Making, fermenting, and portioning all varieties of dough
- Producing all sauces and core ingredients like roasted mushrooms
- Producing core items like garlic knots, tomato pies, pretzels, and other dough-based items for a la carte purchase in the market
- Complying with nutrition/sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Sharing space and communicating effectively with the production bakers and deli team
- Some guest interaction when pizzas are delivered to tables
Pay And Benefits
- Pay starts at $18-$22/hr. plus pooled tips (generally $4 to $6/hr) after 90 day probationary period
- After 90-day probationary period, also eligible for insurance (health, dental, and vision)
- 401k (4% matching) and PTO available to all employees after 6 months
- 20% discount on purchases (alcohol not included due to PA regulations)
