About the role
We're looking for fun, flexible customer service representatives with personality and people skills to join our team. You'll help customers by taking orders over the phone, completing orders at pickup, or delivering pizzas to their cars. Once you're an expert, you'll also learn to make our pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches to help complete orders.
This is a part-time position during peak hours, perfect for those needing extra income, a second job, or flexible work around school or other commitments. We offer opportunities for growth, potentially into management or beyond.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders over the phone with a friendly and engaging attitude
- Complete customer orders during pickup
- Deliver pizzas to customers' cars or homes
- Learn to prepare pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches to fulfill orders
- Maintain a positive and fun work environment
Requirements
- Ability to smile and have fun while working
- Pass a clean background check
- Be over 18 years old
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Currently residing near the store location
Schedule
This position is nights, starting between 4pm-6pm and ending 8pm-10pm, 3-4 nights per week.
