Pizza Cook / Marketplace Kitchen Associate

About the role

Pizza Standard Time is looking for a Pizza Cook / Marketplace Kitchen Associate to join their opening team. This role involves more than just making pizzas, including preparing and packaging specialty foods for their Wine & Cheese marketplace, creating charcuterie boards, supporting inventory management, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate ordering needs for marketplace products and kitchen supplies
• Prepare and package ready-to-eat goods for the Wine & Cheese marketplace
• Assemble charcuterie boards and specialty food offerings for guest orders and events
• Aid in food prep and daily kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Work closely with teammates to ensure efficient service and consistent quality

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, culinary, deli, catering, or food preparation experience preferred
• Passion for food and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Food Handler Certification preferred

Schedule

Hospitality requires a flexible schedule. Team members may be required to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs and seasonal demands.
