Pizza Cook

About the Role

As a Pizza Cook at Parkhurst Dining, you’ll prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, produce specialty pizzas each service period, stretch and toss dough, and maintain food quality and quantity throughout service. You’ll also interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives and produce pizza dough daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
• Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.

Requirements

• Standing and/or walking 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
