About the role
As a Pizza Cook at Parkhurst Dining, you will be part of a legacy and exciting growth within the Eat’n Park Hospitality Group. Your responsibilities include preparing all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, producing specialty pizzas, ensuring food quality, and interacting with guests professionally.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
- Produce one (or more) specialty pizza(s) each service period.
- Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza.
- Maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service periods.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
- Produce pizza dough daily.
Requirements
Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
