Description Who We are: Casadonna is a brand new concept in collaboration with Groot Hospitality and Tao Group. The restaurant will focus on high end, refined, Coastal Italian cuisine, specializing in house made pastas and crudos. We are building a supportive, empowering, passionate culture hyper focused on seasonality and technique. Located in the Historic Womans Club of Miami, this high volume waterfront restaurant is set to change the landscape of Miami’s dining scene. Reports To: Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chefs Qualifications Applicants should have at least 2 years of kitchen experience in a high pace environment, but we are willing to train the right personHighly organized, detail oriented and punctualGreat attitude, respectful and a team playerMust be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 poundsMust have a sense of urgency Requirements Job Requirements include: Prepare, stretch, shape, top, and cook pizzas to recipe specifications.Properly manage and work with fermented pizza dough.Operate high-temperature pizza ovens safely and efficiently.Monitor pizzas throughout cooking to ensure proper bake, texture, and consistency.Complete daily mise en place and maintain appropriate station pars.Maintain consistency in portioning, ingredients, presentation, and overall product quality.Keep the pizza station clean, organized, stocked, and service ready.Follow proper food handling, sanitation, labeling, FIFO, and temperature-control procedures.Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow cooks during service.Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.Previous pizza making or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.Must be dependable, punctual, team-oriented, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
