Pizza Cook

Responsibilities

• Crafting Detroit-style pizzas, ensuring each bite is baked to perfection
• Prep fresh, dough to ensure the right texture, crispness, and thickness for Detroit-style pizzas
• Set up and stock stations to ensure a streamlined service
• Keep the kitchen smoothly operating by adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace
• Collaborate with our team of pizza enthusiasts to ensure a seamless operation
• Prep ingredients including dicing, slicing, mixing
• Maintain inventory pars on the line

Requirements

• Experience working as a prep cook or line cook, preferably in a pizza kitchen
• Detail-oriented, ensuring every pizza that leaves our kitchen is nothing short of perfection
• Able to thrive under pressure, juggling multiple tasks
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry heavy items, occasionally up to 50 lbs
