Responsibilities
- Stretch, top, and cook pizza using the specific Flippers methods
- Make and manage fresh dough – made on-site and cold-fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
- Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
- Clean as you go
Requirements
- Possess a sense of urgency

- Enjoys working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas
- Must be 18 years or older to use the mixer and food processor
