PIV Specialist

About the role

One Federal Solution is seeking an Analyst to support their Federal Government client in the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card Credentialing Office located in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational and administrative functions supporting federal security, identity management, and credentialing programs
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in compliance with Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), and the Privacy Act
• Collaborate with program personnel, security teams, and stakeholders to support efficient, compliant, and effective credentialing operations
• Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and process improvements as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Associate degree in Administration, Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience supporting federal administrative, security, credentialing, or identity management operations
• Familiarity with ICAM, PACS, HSPD-12, and federal background investigation processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage records, maintain accurate data, and prepare reports
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to safeguard confidential and sensitive information
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a regulated federal environment
