PITTSBURGH, PA - PIPING DESIGNER I

About the role

Assists with the planning, directs and coordinates activities pertaining to various tank / pressure vessels / piping inspection projects. Function as both an inspector / examiner under API / PaDEP and is responsible for all inspection and examination activity regarding pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping, heat exchangers, structures, and other plant related equipment.

• Function as both an inspector/examiner under API / PaDEP.
• Responsible for all inspection and examination activity regarding pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping, heat exchangers, structures, and other plant related equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pressure vessel, storage tank, and piping inspection.
• Knowledge of API and PaDEP standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
