Pitt-Bradford Women’s Lacrosse Intern

Duties

• Coaching and teaching (75%): Assist with and provide instruction during practices and games. Support player development through individual and team training sessions. Provide strategic analysis for games and practices.
• Recruiting (25%): Assist with both on-campus and off-campus recruiting efforts. Coordinate campus visits for prospective student-athletes.
• Administrative duties: Monitor academic progress and provide support for student-athletes. Assist with game day management and event operations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of playing and/or coaching experience at the college level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse community.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED Certifications required.

Pay

Pennsylvania state minimum wage at approximately 37.5 hours per week. This position includes housing and a meal plan.
