PIPR All-Source Analyst - Mid

Location: McLean, VA

LCAT: Mid

Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and current CI polygraph conducted within the past seven years

Required experience and education: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with all‑source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all‑source analytics in lieu of a degree.

About the role

As a defense‑industries all‑source analyst, you will use specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all‑source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military‑industrial sectors. You will produce strategic‑level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation, and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in all‑source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all‑source analysis in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with defense‑industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
• Knowledge of microelectronics
