Piping/Plumbing Project Engineer
About the role
As a Piping/Plumbing Project Engineer in our Portland office, you will be responsible for engineering design processes on assigned projects within the discipline of piping and plumbing. Your role involves developing innovative and unique engineering solutions that align with project, client, and project partner needs. Additionally, you will lead the discipline team in implementing these solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and unique engineering solutions for assigned projects
- Lead the discipline team in implementing engineering solutions
- Design piping/plumbing systems for research, healthcare, and higher education facilities
- Collaborate with clients and project partners to ensure alignment with project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related engineering discipline with relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience designing piping/plumbing systems for research, healthcare, or higher education facilities
- Professional engineering registration preferred
- Proficiency in computer operation for engineering design programs (Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks)

Pay
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $105,000 to $160,000.
