What You Will Do
- Correspond daily with shippers regarding schedules or other related issues
- Create receipt and delivery schedules based on nominations
- Provide daily pumping orders to Pipeline Controllers
- On call 24/7 to coordinate necessary changes to set-points, flow paths, volumes, tank transfers, etc. with the pipeline control center and field personnel. Includes weekends and holidays
- Track daily product movements and prepare tracking reports
- Maintain a daily understanding of the lease and truck volumes receiving on pipelines and trucks
- Maintain a daily understanding of inventory position
- Manage pipeline inventories as needed to balance overages/shortages
- Oversee inventory levels for containment issues or for outages
- Prepare monthly shipper statements and inventory tracking
What You Need
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in the pipeline industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong excel experience
- General knowledge of pipeline operations, gathering systems, and product movement
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Occasionally required to stand and walk
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
