Pipeline Integrity Engineer

Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced professionals in the energy industry to contribute to AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This role does not follow a traditional employment model. You will leverage your practical experience in environmental health and safety, process safety, and regulatory compliance to assess AI-generated content and offer insights that enhance AI's understanding of energy compliance practices and EHS workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in EHS, process safety, or energy regulatory compliance, including roles such as EHS Specialist or Process Safety Engineer, NERC CIP Analyst, or Pipeline Integrity Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Velocity, EHSServiceNow, Synergi Pipeline.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
