We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if posting has real specific content. Need to extract sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes description of role, duties, functional expertise, business acumen, engagement, driving results, education, certifications/licenses, related work experience, specific skills & knowledge, working conditions/physical requirements, and some company info. We need to map to headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's a disclaimer and company description; we may keep some as "About the role"? Actually "About Southern Company Gas" is company info, not role. Could be omitted as boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company description may be considered not essential? Might be considered "About the role"? Usually "About the role" is description of role. The posting includes a lot of role description. We'll create sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (education, certifications, experience), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements? but we need to avoid duplication). Skills (specific skills & knowledge). Benefits, Pay, Schedule only if present. The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule explicitly except maybe "Working Conditions/Physical Requirements" which is not benefits/pay/schedule. So we should not create those sections. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly also Working Conditions? Not in list of allowed headings; we cannot add other headings. So we omit Working Conditions. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from the posting within those sections. Let's parse content: Role description: "This position provides technical support for the implementation of the Transmission Integrity Management Program (TIMP)." Then functional expertise bullet list, business acumen, engagement, driving results. We can combine into About the role paragraph summarizing. Responsibilities: list of duties from functional expertise, business acumen, engagement, driving results. We'll create
  • items. Requirements: education, certifications/licenses, related work experience. Could be separate but we can combine into Requirements. Qualifications: maybe we can treat as same as Requirements? But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we can put education/certifications under Requirements, and work experience under Qualifications? Or we can have Requirements (education & certifications) and Qualifications (experience). Let's do that. Skills: specific skills & knowledge. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's extract details.
