Pipeline Growth and Readiness Intern
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we must map content to appropriate headings. The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those standard headings if applicable. But we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect we use those headings where appropriate. The posting does not have explicit sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We need to infer and map content.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading (page already shows it). No Job ID.
We must include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- Vision/Mission/Department Purpose: could be "About the role" or maybe "About the team". But "About the role" is generic. Could put Vision/Mission/Department Purpose under About the role
with paragraphs.
- Primary Purpose: could be part of About the role as well.
- Key Areas Of Focus: list of duties -> Responsibilities.
- Job Competencies And Experience: includes Education & Certifications, Experience, Organizational Competencies (with subcategories). This maps to Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide.
We have Education & Certifications: current full-time enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate degree program.
Experience: ability to maintain confidentiality, excellent oral/written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, proficient computer skills, driven to collaborate, service-minded, available 15-20 hrs/week Mon-Fri.
Organizational Competencies: many bullet points (Effective Communication, Execution & Initiative, Teamwork/Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving/Judgment, Adaptability/Flexibility, Courage & Conviction, Donor Centered). These are skills/competencies.
Thus we could have sections:
- About the role
(Vision, Mission, Department Purpose, Primary Purpose)
- Responsibilities
(list of duties from Key Areas Of Focus)
- Qualifications
(Education & Certifications, Experience)
- Skills
(Organizational Competencies list)
- Physical Requirements
(Physical Requirements)
We should not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule unless present. Not present.
We must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For paragraphs use
.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting does not seem to have those; it's just the description.
We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily.
Let's extract the content exactly.
