About the role

We are expanding our utilities team and are seeking dedicated Pipelayers and Topmen to join us. Multiple full-time positions are available for individuals with a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and a passion for contributing to the successful completion of site development projects in Whitestown, IN.

Responsibilities

• Lay pipe sections accurately and efficiently for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems.
• Install and finish manholes, catch basins, and other underground structures.
• Check pipe and structure elevations to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Assist with manual tasks such as shoveling or sweeping to maintain a clean worksite.
• Safely operate air hammers, pumps, compactors, saws, and other small tools as needed.
• Work productively with minimal supervision while ensuring quality and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support project completion.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical exam.
