The ideal candidate will lead and supervise pipefitting crews on commercial building services projects, plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project deadlines, read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installations, oversee installation, assembly, and repair of piping systems, ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations, conduct quality control inspections to verify accuracy and craftsmanship of work performed, collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and resolve job site issues, train and mentor journeymen and apprentices, promote skill development and teamwork, maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and material usage logs, proactively identify potential delays or issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive pipefitting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial mechanical piping systems (HVAC, hydronic, and plumbing systems).
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews effectively.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; OSHA 10 required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks in varying job site conditions.
