About the role
Pipefitters are needed for a water treatment plant project in Fredericksburg, VA.
Responsibilities
- Assembly and installation of piping and mechanical equipment for air, chemical, and water systems.
- Rigging of piping and equipment.
- Operating a forklift.
- Assisting with ancillary work such as miscellaneous metals.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years of overall experience as a pipefitter and rigging.
- Experience with large diameter above and underground flanged ductile iron piping systems.
- Experience with installation of process equipment, including pumps and tanks.
- NCCO Certified Rigger Level I or II (or willingness to obtain certification).
