About the role

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a heavy/highway contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are currently seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead a crew in Arcadia.

Responsibilities

• Strive to maintain the production schedule without compromising safety.
• Execute work according to directives received from the Superintendent.
• Be proficient with heavy machinery.
• Maintain the quality of work performed and materials delivered.
• Know and understand the quality control standards required in the plans and specifications.
• Show technical abilities in underground utility construction.
• Show strong management skills and the ability to lead and supervise employees.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to your crew.
• Hold your crew accountable to the compliance, quality, and safety of the project.

Requirements

• FDOT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency with heavy machinery.
• Technical abilities in underground utility construction.
