About the role

A Victoria’s Secret & Co PINK Manager is a values‑based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top‑line sales. In higher‑complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. The position reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK business.
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Visual execution by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Provide category‑level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales‑floor and fitting‑room standards (if applicable).
• Oversee the talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management, in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Manage direct reports as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.

Store Leadership Expectations

• Lead and demonstrate company values.
• Act as the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Coach and develop associates.
• Execute daily workforce management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Model behaviors that align with leadership competencies.
• Demonstrate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned, including floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate, deliberate action to achieve results.
• Self‑awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.
• Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $23.50 per hour — Maximum Salary: $29.35 per hour. Compensation is determined by factors such as specific skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant considerations.
