Pilote / animateur entreprises (H/F) : Les Mureaux
About the role
100 Chances 100 Emplois is looking for a company to commit to our program by providing a collaborator to serve as a Pilote/animateur entreprises (Business Pilot/Facilitator) in Les Mureaux. This role involves mobilizing local economic actors, ensuring their engagement, and contributing to the organization of local initiatives in partnership with the Mission Locale des Mureaux and the association’s Regional Delegate.
Responsibilities
- Federate, animate, and retain partner companies
- Identify and mobilize new economic actors
- Participate in recruiting and retaining employment stakeholders
- Co-organize coaching weeks, interview simulations, and pitch sessions with the employment co-pilot
- Ensure each young participant benefits from a mentor or sponsor
- Promote and relay the actions of 100 Chances 100 Emplois
- Contribute to fundraising efforts to support the association’s initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in partnership development or network facilitation
- Strong relational skills, active listening, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative
Schedule
This is a skills-based volunteering role requiring approximately 60 hours per year, with a minimum commitment of one year (renewable). The mission takes place at the partner company’s premises and is compatible with a full-time professional activity.
