Pilot / Co-Captain

The Pilot / Co-Captain – C680-A Citation Latitude is a full-time, on-site role based in New Hampshire, United States. This position is responsible for safely operating the C680-A Citation Latitude aircraft, including pre-flight planning, conducting inspections, coordinating with air traffic control, and ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies.

• Conducting flight operations such as navigation, fuel planning, and performance calculations
• Making sound, safety-focused decisions based on monitoring weather and operational conditions
• Managing flight operations including coordinating with flight crews and company stakeholders to support executive and corporate travel needs
• Maintaining detailed flight records and overseeing aircraft care in coordination with maintenance providers
• Working flexible hours, including occasional extended days, weekends, and short-notice trips

Qualifications

• Possess appropriate FAA certifications and ratings for jet operations, including an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Pilot certificate with multi-engine rating
• Meet all requirements to serve as Pilot or Co-Captain on a C680-A Citation Latitude
• Demonstrated experience in corporate or business aviation, with a strong record of safe flight operations, professional cockpit conduct, and effective coordination with flight crews and ground personnel
• Solid knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace rules, flight planning procedures, and aviation safety best practices, including risk assessment and decision-making under changing conditions
• Experience with modern avionics systems, navigation equipment, and flight management systems typically used in midsize jets, with the ability to quickly learn and apply aircraft-specific systems and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with passengers, crew members, and company leadership, maintaining a high level of service and confidentiality
• Ability to manage variable schedules, prioritize tasks, and remain calm and organized in time-sensitive and dynamic operating environments
• Willingness to support basic aircraft care and coordination with maintenance providers, including documenting discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution of safety-related issues
