Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless flight execution
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with ground support services to facilitate smooth boarding and deplaning
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aviation operations or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with airline reservation systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
