Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless flight execution
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with ground support services to facilitate smooth boarding and deplaning
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aviation operations or customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with airline reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
