Pilates Reformer Instructor (On-Call)

About the role

We are currently seeking a Pilates Reformer Instructor to share our Vision - to create the most imaginative, authentic and meaningful wellness experience. The function of the Pilates Reformer Instructor is to assist in the creation and implementation of new Pilates Reformer programs specific to the resort.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of new Pilates Reformer programs specific to the resort.
• Instruct and monitor the various physical fitness activities.
• Provide personal attention to the guest’s needs and safety.
• Report to the Miraval Director of Spa.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Pilates instruction experience.
• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Certified Pilates Trainer.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels.
• College Degree preferred in Exercise Science and/or Personal Trainer Certifications and Group Fitness Instructor from ACE, AFAA, NASM, or ACSM.
• CPR and AED certified and first aid certification required.
• Must have weekend availability.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is between $17.00 plus commission.
