Pilates Reformer Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, client service-focused, positive, and hardworking Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside other healthcare professionals and help empower our clients to live better lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant guidance during Pilates sessions, correcting technique, and offering confident instruction.
• Adapt sessions to the client's needs on any particular day.
• Work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those improving fitness and those undergoing treatment by physical or occupational therapists.
• Communicate with fellow providers to ensure a full-circle, team approach to wellness and client care.
• Refer to team members when questions arise regarding clients.
• Ensure safe and proper use of Pilates equipment.
• Build positive and lasting relationships with clients.
• Prepare client notes in MindBody following their session.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Certified by an accredited organization to teach Pilates fitness sessions (mat certification/Anatomy certification).
• Certified on all studio apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Barrel).
• Minimum of two years Pilates instructing experience preferred.
