Responsibilities
- Lead group exercise classes with enthusiasm and creativity, delivering fresh and innovative routines.
- Report on‑time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others.
- Collaborate effectively and act as a flexible leader both in and out of the studio.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
- Current nationally accredited group‑exercise certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary.
- Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g., Zumba, Yoga) must be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
- Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired).
Pay
Compensation ranges from $20.00 /unit to $125.00 /unit, plus administrative rates as required by local law. Pay depends on site location, specialty, certifications, class duration, work experience, and other business needs.
