Pilates Instructor - Start Date 9/21/2026

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized or small-group Pilates training based on each guest’s abilities, needs, and goals.
• Lead safe, engaging classes with proper alignment cues, modifications, and supportive supervision.
• Select movements and design routines that match participant experience levels and physical limitations.
• Maintain a calm, attentive presence and uphold Canyon Ranch service standards in every interaction.
• Clean equipment and activity areas after each session to support safety and readiness.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and exceptional guest service in all settings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry.
• Pilates certification a plus.
• Acquire a group fitness certification within 90 days of start.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree in a movement-related field is a plus.
• Current CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Strong movement and alignment knowledge; Understanding of body mechanics, technique, and injury-prevention principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to engage and work with a diverse group of guests.

Pay

The pay rate for this position starts at $25/hour. The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
