We deliver dynamic, modern Pilates workouts through our signature BODYBAR method. We’re on a mission to set the industry standard in how Pilates is taught and experienced. We don’t just teach classes; we build communities.

Who You Are

We are looking for high-energy, professional individuals to master the BODYBAR Method—a dynamic, form-focused approach to Pilates that builds confidence in every movement. To lead inspiring and motivating classes, while creating a standout experience that keeps members coming back. Whether you are starting a new career in fitness or you are an experienced teacher looking to join a powerhouse brand, this is your next step. An idea candidate has:

• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel and move their best
• A “people person” who thrives on energy, music, and personal connection
• Basic knowledge of anatomy or movement (fitness experience is a plus!)
• A feedback mentality and growth mindset
• Strong communication and people skills
• A commitment to excellence and the drive to complete a rigorous certification
• Pilates or group fitness experience (preferred, not required)
• Completion and Passing of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program

What You Will Do

Cultivate and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of BODYBAR’s Method, Mission, Vision, and Goals

Be a true BODYBAR Ambassador—live the BODYBAR mission and bring energy to every class you teach

Design and instruct Reformer Pilates-based group classes, according to the BODYBAR teaching formula, that are safe and effective for clients of all fitness levels

Guide and educate members with expert cues to keep them safe, aligned, and confident in every movement as well as perform personal, 1:1 form corrections when needed

Respond to client questions regarding, but not limited to, the following: special movement considerations, studio policies, and promotions

Responsible for showing up for scheduled classes, owning your class schedule—securing subs promptly to ensure an excellent member experience

Participate in quarterly team meetings, team building events, and required additional trainings

Create community at the studio through engagement with members before, during, and after class

Training & Certification

• Tuition: BODYBAR Instructor Training is $1,900. Payment plans available. Tuition must be paid in full by Oct 1st. A $200 discount is applied when paid in full by September 1st.
• Certification: Instructors must complete the full 200-Hour BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Program for full Certification.
• Apprenticeship Program: Apprenticeship hours available during Certification Program.

• Saturday, October 24th, 12pm - 8pm (on-site)
• Sunday, October 25th, 11:30am - 7:30pm (on-site)
• Thursday, October 29th 12pm - 1pm Master Trainer Coaching Call (web meeting)
• Saturday, December 12th, 12pm - 8pm (on-site)
• Sunday, December 13th, 11:30am - 7:30pm (on-site)
• Thursday, December 17th 12pm - 1pm Master Trainer Coaching Call (web meeting)

While completion of training does not guarantee employment at a specific studio, it makes you an elite candidate for the BODYBAR network and provides a professional skill set recognized across our franchise. Please note: spots are limited and secured by payment, after acceptance into our program.
