Pilates Instructor

About the role

As a Pilates Instructor, you will develop and deliver personalized Pilates programs to members, conducting assessments and guiding private, duet, and semi-private sessions. You will collaborate with the Pilates Manager to grow your client base, ensure client progress, and maintain high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Create safe, effective Pilates training plans tailored to individual goals
• Perform client assessments and goal setting
• Lead sessions across various equipment and mat work
• Build and manage your client book, ensuring consistent activity and results
• Complete administrative tasks related to client management
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance member experience
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment safety
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program with certification on all apparatus
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education
• Valid Pilates certification documentation
• Exceptional customer service skills

Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, bend, reach, and safely assist clients during sessions.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ($45–$62 per session)
