Pilates Instructor

About the role

We are currently hiring Pilates Instructors for multiple area studios. Positions are available both full-time and part-time, with pay ranging from $40.00 to $65.00 per class depending on experience. Negotiable for qualified talent.

Responsibilities

• Teach challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner
• Work with all levels of clients
• Teach group classes and private/semi-private sessions
• Use state-of-the-art studios featuring Balanced Body equipment
• Earn great pay working flexible hours
• Have the opportunity for block shifts, private training, and subbing opportunities

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Mat and Reformer minimum)
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
• Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated group Reformer instruction abilities
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry
• Passion for learning and attending continued education trainings and seminars
• Punctual and reliable
• Skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of Pilates equipment (Mat and Reformer minimum)
• Demonstrate anatomical knowledge and focus on safety with the ability to provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries and/or limitations
• Stay up to date with and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times
• Create class plans that are safe, effective, and challenging pursuant to Club Pilates standards
• Provide Pilates instruction including Intro classes, group apparatus classes, private, and semi-private training as scheduled
