Pilates Instructor

About the role

As an Equinox Pilates Instructor, you will develop and deliver comprehensive Pilates training programs tailored to individual client goals, ensuring motivation and progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create personalized Pilates plans.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to grow your client base.
• Manage administrative tasks related to client management.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance member experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean studio environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program with certification on all apparatus.
• At least 400 hours of Pilates education through a recognized certification.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Standing, sitting, walking, squatting, reaching, and safely spotting clients during sessions.
