Pilates Instructor

About the role

Pilates Instructor responsible for developing and delivering personalized Pilates programs to clients, ensuring safety, motivation, and goal achievement. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on excellence, growth, and meaningful client engagement, with responsibilities centered on program development, instruction, and client success.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive Pilates training plans tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct initial assessments and goal setting for clients
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions
• Build and maintain a client base through collaboration with the Pilates Manager
• Complete administrative tasks related to client management
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the member experience
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client progress
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain studio cleanliness

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program with certification on all apparatus or equivalent certification
• At least 400 hours of Pilates training
• Valid Pilates certification(s)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, bend, reach, and safely spot clients
