Pilates Instructor

Role: Pilates Instructor responsible for creating personalized training programs, conducting assessments, and instructing private and semi-private sessions to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Responsibilities Develop safe, comprehensive Pilates programs tailored to individual client needsConduct initial assessments and goal settingInstruct clients during private, duet, and semi-private sessionsCollaborate with management to grow your client base and ensure successManage administrative tasks related to client managementCoordinate with other departments to enhance members’ overall experienceProvide excellent customer service and ensure client motivation and resultsParticipate in ongoing training and maintain studio cleanliness Qualifications Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program with certification on all apparatusAt least 400 hours of Pilates educationValid Pilates certification(s) requiredStrong customer service skills Physical Requirements: standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and client spotting during sessions.
