Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized Pilates training programs to clients, ensuring goal achievement, motivation, and safety.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Pilates sessions for private, duet, and semi-private clients.
• Conduct initial assessments and set client goals to tailor training programs.
• Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to grow your client base and ensure success.
• Manage administrative tasks related to client management and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster ongoing client engagement.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development.
• Ensure safety through proper spotting and correction techniques during sessions.

Qualifications

• Completion of a comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program with certification on all apparatus.
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education.
• Ability to provide valid certification documentation.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, bend, reach, and safely assist clients during sessions.
