About the role
Aquila's Pilates Instructor teaches a Pilates group exercise classes at an Aquila managed fitness centers and programs. This is for one class per week, on a date you can choose between Monday-Friday, at a time between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Responsibilities
- Teach safe group Pilates classes
- Demonstrate proper technique and modify movements for different levels
- Educate members concerning safe exercise techniques
- Adhere to departmental and club policies and procedures
- Adhere to client’s policies and procedures
- Assist in promotions and external events
Qualifications
- Specialty certification/training for Pilates
- Active CPR certification
- 1+ years experience teaching yoga classes to adults
