Pilates Coach / Instructor
About the role
The Midtown Pilates Reformer Coach facilitates small group classes and 1:1 sessions, creating safe and effective Pilates Reformer workouts. The role requires a passion for people, a background in reputable Pilates certifications, and the ability to adapt to individual client needs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate small group classes and private 1:1 sessions
- Design and deliver safe and effective Pilates Reformer workouts
- Complete all administrative requirements to ensure organization
- Develop and maintain individualized program design for group and private sessions
- Deliver experiential classes with passion and professionalism (on time and on brand)
- Participate in required Midtown learnings and team meetings
- Maintain a clean and tidy studio space
Requirements
- A passion for people
- Reputable organization-certified Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus qualifications
- Experience instructing group classes
- The ability to provide clear instructions and motivate clients, while adapting to individual needs and goals
Pay
$36-$41 per hour
$42-$47 per hour
Schedule
Most coaches must work weekends and can start at part-time but can work up to full-time, including full-time benefits (PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, etc.).
