About the Role
Thrive Therapies Group is expanding our Mobile Clinic Program in East Tennessee, offering Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) the opportunity to spend more time working directly with students. Our mobile clinic model delivers high-quality therapy to communities in need while providing a flexible, clinician-focused experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

- No Evaluations. No Case Management. Your focus is direct therapy. You'll provide speech-language services under appropriate supervision without the added responsibility of evaluations or case management.
- More Face-to-Face Time With Students: Provide focused, 40-minute therapeutic sessions with a stable, consistent student caseload. Spend your time building relationships, supporting progress, and making a meaningful difference.
