Your Role
As a PICU/Peds Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Evaluate and support the care provided by others. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Embrace Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- Experience: PICU/PEDS RN experience
- Licenses: RN license in MO or compact state w/in 90 days of graduation
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
