About the role

Responsibilities
- Serving beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Pouring draft beverages and preparing simple mixed drinks
- Processing credit card transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional bar area
- Restocking beverages and supplies throughout shifts
- Aiding with event setup, breakdown, and daily maintenance
- Fulfilling responsible alcohol service and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous bartending, beverage service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- RAMP Certification preferred but not required
- Comfortable handling credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy festival environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Closed-toe shoes are required at all times
Schedule & Compensation
- Temporary event position for July 16–19, 2026
- Daytime, evening, and late-night shifts available
- Starting pay is $15.00 per hour
- Tips may be earned but are not guaranteed
- Non-exempt, overtime-eligible position

Flyspace Productions is a Pittsburgh-based, woman-owned event production company specializing in event management, audiovisual production, and large-scale public events. Our team produces many of the region's most recognizable festivals and celebrations, including PicklesBurgh, Three Rivers Arts Festival, Oktoberfest, and Light Up Night.
