Pickleball Professional and Pro Shop Staff

Duties

• Lead high-level instruction, including drills, clinics, and private lessons focused on advanced strategy, consistency, and competitive play.
• Lead and develop advanced-level pickleball clinics, including strategy, point construction, and competitive play.
• Provide an engaging, welcoming experience for members and guests of all ages and abilities.
• Aid in daily pro shop operations, including:
• Front desk coverage and member/guest check-in.
• Operating POS system for retail and program transactions.
• Managing inventory (ordering, stocking, merchandising).
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of shop.
• Opening and closing procedures of the pro shop as needed.

Skills

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn POS.
• Retail experience or customer service experience.
• Tennis and/or Pickleball knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to multitask.

About the Role

The National at Ave Maria Golf Club, located in Ave Maria, FL, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Part-Time Pickleball Professional and Pro Shop Staff. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive experience for members and guests while growing their knowledge of tennis club operations.

Requirements

Strong computer skills and ability to learn POS is required. Retail experience or customer service experience required. Tennis and or Pickleball knowledge is preferred. Must have ability to multitask. Flexible Schedule Required.
