About the role
The Pickleball Lead Pro owns Club 45’s pickleball program end to end: calendar, leagues, ladders, clinics, tournaments, and member experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the pickleball calendar (drop-ins, leagues, ladders, clinics, tournaments).
- Recruit, vet, and onboard sub-instructors as W-2 employees of Club 45.
- Maintain DUPR compliance for any rated programming.
- Run at least one marquee tournament per quarter (32+ players).
- Submit monthly program report covering attendance, revenue, NPS, and roster changes.
- Be the face of pickleball at Club 45 — in member interactions, social content, and local events.
Requirements
- USPTA, PPR, or IPTPA pickleball certification.
- DUPR rating; 4.0 or higher preferred.
- CPR/AED certification (within 24 months).
- 2+ years of pickleball instruction or program management experience.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Pay
$1,150/month base salary.
$68 per class taught + $3/head over 8.65% of private lesson revenue (you set rates within band).
18% of net league revenue + 13% of net tournament revenue.
$50 per attributed new-member signup.
Estimated total comp Year 1: $35,000–$65,000 with growth as program scales.
Schedule
Hybrid W-2 role with base salary, per-class wages, private lesson income, and program-revenue commissions — designed for an ambitious pro who wants to define and grow a program.
