Pickleball Coach

About the role

TGA Sports is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Pickleball coaches for its growing program. Founded over 22 years ago, TGA Sports is the largest operating program in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive yourself and equipment to and from locations
• Provide individualized attention to ensure every child is successful
• Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free
• Encourage children to improve their skills through positive reinforcement
• Strive to grow and evolve as a coach by being open to feedback
• Enjoy the opportunity to make a difference in kids' lives

Requirements

• Background check required
• CPR / First Aid certification and Mandatory Reporter status
• Reliable transportation
• Part-time availability on weekdays from 2pm-5pm (typically 2-5 afternoons/week)
• Experience coaching and/or playing Pickleball
