The Picking Associate is highly involved in daily operational functions, fulfilling orders via a handheld scanner with promptness and accuracy to ensure top‑notch customer satisfaction. The role requires a team‑player mentality and a commitment to maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor & Team Lead, the position is onsite at the Lebanon, TN warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed departmental expectations.
• Efficiently pick small parcel orders using a handheld scanner.
• Ensure accuracy during the picking process.
• Report any order discrepancies or issues to management.
• Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to support the business.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Adhere to compliance, safety, and quality standards and company policies.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with colleagues of varying backgrounds.
• Demonstrate good attendance and time management.
• Adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment to support business objectives.
• Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities.

• Keep work areas tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.

Key Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work overtime, including extra weekday hours and some Saturday mornings.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for the majority of the day.
• Perform repetitive duties such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, and bending for extended periods.
• Push, pull, lift, and carry 5 lb or less.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to gather product.
• Visual abilities including reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Ability to work overtime, including extra weekday hours and some Saturday mornings.
