Picker II - 3rd Shift $23.55 Hourly

About the role

A Picker II assists in warehouse departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person, and/or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manages pick ticket orders.
• Pulls warehouse items from correct locations based on number, item number, quantity, and quality requirements.
• Ensures that orders are accurate and stages items correctly for delivery.
• Meets picking quota of 160 cases per hour; accuracy and efficiency are monitored daily/weekly.
• Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
• Performs tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor or Lead.
• Keeps pace with the work area and team.
• Works as a team player to attain product specifications safely and efficiently, communicating well with other team members.
• Assists other departments as assigned by Supervisor, Lead, or Manager.
• Follows company’s GMPs, SOPs, rules, and policies.
• Follows written and oral instructions.
• Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
